Simply brilliant! MiM Studio continues to impress me. Intentional design is evident in every aspect of this chess set, down to the gold-embossed black inner box w its custom-cut foam bedding for each piece. The stylized pieces are spectacular, particularly the rook knight & bishop. A perfect combination of refined geometry and the slight textured irregularity inherent to concrete. Simply WOW.

I bought two pendants from Materiallmmaterial as gifts for my mother and my aunt. They are absolutely gorgeous. They are weighty, but not too heavy. Intricate, but solid. I love them. They arrived very quickly, and were beautifully packaged. I look forward to buying one for myself!
"The Factory" is far more impressive, far more substantial, and far more majestic than the photos would ever demonstrate. It's perfect for my office; small enough to not overwhelm, yet intriguing enough to be a unique conversation piece. I also have to mention the packing. This was wrapped incredibly well, and would easily survive even the roughest transport. This is way beyond what I was hoping for, I would highly endorse both this item and this seller.
